Sanraj Mittal is an undergraduate at USC studying biochemistry with a minor in international relations. Sanraj works in the lab of Dr. Raymond Stevens investigating spatial protein localization and protein degradation in pancreatic beta cells using mass spectrometry based proteomics. Sanraj actively works in the Pancreatic Beta Cell Consortium where he is especially interested how cells respond to changes in their environment at the molecular level.
